BabelPad

What is it?

A Unicode editor.

How to install?
---------------
It doesn't really "install".
Just unzip the file to wherever you want the editor to live.
It will unzip into the program file (.exe file).

What does it do?
----------------

Has Tibetan Input Method (keyboard) built in,
so you don't need a separate input program (such as Monlam or Tise).

Does not have line numbers, html/php syntax coloring, etc.
So if you are doing extensive web page work, you may prefer
to paste the Tibetan into your html/programming text editor.

(Trouble is, NotePad++, my favorite on Windows, doesn't display
the Tibetan!  But it will show fine in the browser anyway.)

It has a character map built in.
