What is it?

A Unicode character map.

How to install?
---------------
It doesn't really "install".
Just unzip the file to wherever you want it to live.
It will unzip into the program file (.exe file).

What does it do?
----------------

It shows you all the characters in a unicode script (such as Tibetan).
You can select a character or more, then copy and paste into your editor.
