Tibetan IT history A rough outline, to be developed

— New Tibetan websites At least three (probably more!) Tibetan websites have rolled out to celebrate the birthday today of His Holiness Dalai Lama.
A new site, Exile Lens: Frames for Tibet (exilelens.com), "is an endeavour to widen the limits of the Tibetan freedom struggle by providing an interactive site for images that render the story of the Tibetan people as seen through the eyes of Tibetan photographers".
Two other sites have unveiled major re-dos: Tibetan Government-in-Exile (tibet.net), and Kalon Tripa 2011 Intiative (kalontripa.org). Find a huge directory of all Tibetan websites at TibetSites.com.
